Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Functional IBD Healing Live Coaching Program (“Program”), you (“Participant,”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only / No Medical Advice

The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only. The content provided through the Program, including coaching calls, written materials, videos, trainings, meal suggestions, supplement discussions, and communications, is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The Program provider is not acting as a physician, licensed medical provider, therapist, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

By participating in this Program, you understand that no doctor-patient or practitioner-patient relationship is created.

You should always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, medications, treatment decisions, or before making changes to your healthcare plan.

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Program and assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.

You understand that nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, exercise, stress management, and wellness recommendations may affect individuals differently. You are solely responsible for determining what is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

3. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

While the Program is designed to provide education, support, and strategies that may be helpful, individual results vary significantly.

No guarantees, representations, or warranties are made regarding specific health outcomes, symptom improvement, financial results, emotional outcomes, or any other result from participation in the Program.

Your success depends on many factors beyond the Program provider’s control, including but not limited to your health status, consistency, effort, medical history, lifestyle, environment, and adherence.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the Program provider, business entity, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, injuries, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from or related to:

* Participation in the Program

* Use or misuse of Program materials

* Changes to diet, supplements, exercise, or lifestyle

* Delayed or foregone medical care

* Allergic reactions or adverse responses

* Emotional distress

* Any decisions made based on Program content

You knowingly and voluntarily release and waive any claims arising from your participation.

5. Medical Emergencies

The Program is not intended for urgent or emergency care.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your physician or emergency services immediately.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the live nature of the Program, limited participant spots, and immediate access to proprietary digital materials and resources upon enrollment, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason once enrollment is completed, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind

* Scheduling conflicts

* Inability to attend live calls

* Failure to participate

* Personal circumstances

* Perceived lack of results

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Live Sessions / Missed Calls

Live coaching calls will be recorded by the Program provider.

If you miss a live session, no refund, credit, make-up session, or partial reimbursement will be provided.

8. Confidentiality & Group Participation

Because this is a group program, confidentiality of other participants must be respected.

You agree not to share, distribute, screenshot, record, or disclose personal information shared by other participants.

While all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality, confidentiality in a group setting cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, content, frameworks, handouts, videos, trainings, worksheets, graphics, and resources are the intellectual property of the Program provider and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, upload, republish, or teach these materials without prior written permission.

10. Right to Remove Participants

The Program provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program, community, calls, or platform for disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

11. Technology Disclaimer

The Program provider is not responsible for technology failures, internet outages, software issues, platform disruptions, lost recordings, or access interruptions beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Consent & Agreement

By enrolling in or accessing this Program, you acknowledge that:

* You have read and understood these Terms

* You voluntarily agree to all policies stated herein

* You understand this Program is not medical advice

* You accept full responsibility for your participation

* You understand no results are guaranteed

* You agree to the no-refund policy
